Delivery Conditions of other countries
Area of application
These terms of delivery apply to orders with place of delivery "Germany", with reservations to other agreements.
Shipping Costs
There is a flat rate for shipping and handling of
EUR 5,50. (For custom-made orders or large quantities different shipping and handling charges may be negotiated.) The insured package will be sent from Gottmadingen (Germany) via DHL.
We also deliver to your DHL Packstation.
VAT
All shop prices include German VAT of 19%.
Delivery time
Shipment typically occurs one business day after the order (respectively the payment) is received.
Delivery time after shipment is between 1 and 2 business days.
(Delivery time is determined by the German Postal Service/DHL. These are non-binding estimates. supermagnete.de cannot take responsibility for the timely arrival of your shipment.)
Payment
- Pre-payment to our account in Germany
We will send you our account details via e-mail with the order confirmation. As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship you the merchandise.
- Invoice
We will send you an invoice with the shipment. The net invoice amount is payable within 30 days without deductions. We deliver on account only to public institutions (schools, museums, universities, ...), public authorities and well known companies. We reserve the right to request pre-payment from companies unknown to us or for very large orders.
- Credit card (Master Card, VISA, American Express)
Payment will be completed at the end of the order over a secure connection.
- sofortbanking
sofortbanking is the TÜV-certified online payment system of Payment Network AG. In cooperation with the Sofort Bank you get buyers protection in case of non-delivery. For payment with sofortbanking you need an online banking account, your PIN and TAN.
- PayPal
Payment will be completed at the end of the order over a secure connection.
Minimum order
The minimum order amount is EUR 15,00 (including VAT, not including shipping costs). For orders under EUR 15,00 we charge a
small quantity surcharge of EUR 7,00 (or the difference to the minimum order value).
