Why do you collect a small order surcharge?

  • Our orders are carefully and elaborately packaged. We apply a small order surcharge to be able to cover the associated costs.
  • We communicate this surcharge from the beginning, so you'll always know about the total cost.
  • We recommend you order magnets totaling at least 15 euros, so you don't have to pay the small order surcharge.
Orders with a value of less than 15 euros (without shipping costs) end up being a loss for us: Even the smallest orders are packaged by hand in a protected workshop and the magnetic field is carefully shielded. All orders are treated the same and are shipped as quickly as possible. All that effort has its price.

True costs

We could cross-finance the losses from small orders through customers with larger orders - but we don't want to do that. We believe it's more honest to communicate true costs and charge customers with small orders those actual costs.

Transparency

We make an effort to put our cards on the table and openly communicate the small order surcharge. Starting with the first article in the shopping cart, the surcharge is listed, so you know from the beginning what the total cost will be. The surcharge is reduced when you place more magnets in your shopping cart and is gone as soon as you reach a value of more than 15 euros.

Added value with more magnets

Browsing through our shop and our countless customer applications, you'll quickly discover that it's always good to have a few super magnets at home or at work. It is also fun to baffle your friends with a super magnetic gift. Therefore, it's worth it to order a few more magnets instead of paying the small order surcharge.
