How to darken your yacht for bed time
Mr. Vandamme sends us his application, which is similar to car blinds. This time it's about a yacht and its windows that shall be covered up. It works just as well for a camper or a skylight with a metal frame.
Cut curtains in the desired size (like in the project car blinds). Sew one disc magnet each into the left and the right side of the hem. Attach the curtains on the upper window frame.
Pull the sides of the curtains firmly down. Check where the magnets are located in the hem and glue a disc magnet with Epoxy glue next to the window at the same height. Pay attention to the polarisation of the magnets.
Voilà: The curtains don't let any sun in at the sides - and you can enjoy your beauty sleep!
