Cute inchies, alway newly arranged
"Inchies" are very trendy at the moment. These small collectors items are traded, collected, hoarded and given as gifts worldwide.
"Inchies" are small fabric creations with the dimensions 1 x 1 inch (hence the name).
(1 inch = 25,4 mm).
They are sewn, embroidered, glued, etc. and then presented singly or in block form as a picture.
I like to use finished canvas frames, which are available in a variety of sizes.
Any means of fastening the inchies is allowed. My first pictures were glued together, until I realised the potential of the small SuperMagnets!
I had recently purchased some magnets and wanted to try them out, so I sewed small magnets in the inchies and fastened a counterpart on the backside of the canvas frame.
In this way I can change my picture easily any time without nasty glue residue.
