[34] Knife Block

Author: Mirko Motsch, Sankt Ingbert, Germany

Knives stick to this decorative knife block in every direction
I would like to present a magnet project in the form of a knife block.
It is made of two pieces of Padouk wood, each 5 cm thick (and approximately 25 x 25 cm wide) in which I embedded 24 magnets of the type S-15-08-N (per piece).
The magnets were placed in such a way that one can apply the knives as one likes.
The stand is made of rust-free stainless steel and the base is a piece of granite approximately 15 x 15 cm. The knife block can be turned 360 degrees and is 40 cm tall.
I hope you like my project and thank you again for the magnets that make such projects possible.
Note from the supermagnete team: two more interesting projects are Knife board with base and Knife ledge.
