This black rubberised magnet system with a diameter of 88 mm has a threaded stud, onto which you can screw the included T-handle with internal thread. The resulting lever action allows for the magnet system to be more easily detached from ferromagnetic surfaces and makes it easier to handle in general. The rubber coating of the magnet system protects delicate surfaces from scratches and increases the load capacity in shear direction. It also protects the magnet system from occasional moisture and splashing water. Please note: The full adhesive force is achieved when the ferromagnetic counterpart is smooth and of sufficient thickness and when the magnet system makes direct and complete flush contact. Magnet systems already start to lose part of their adhesive force at a small distance from the ferromagnetic surface. This characteristic is more pronounced in magnet systems than in other ferrite and neodymium magnets.
